With your sheeting adjustments in the fully powered position, unwind your lines in a backyard or driveway or anywhere you have 20-25m of space. Loop the ends of the lines around a nail and then pull the bar to tension the lines. The chicken loop should be snug against bar. All lines should be of equal length. If they are not, adjust the larks head knots on the steering lines (usually under the bar floats) until they are of all equal length. Wind up your lines and grab a beer. You've done good, and your next session will be that much more enjoyable.
