Like / Dislike plug-in?

Any chance phpBB has a plug-in for readers to express their like/dislike about particular posts/topics? Also, I noticed our phpBB is out-of-date. Not sure if that's a big deal...

There is a like/dislike plugin, but it's not very good. I've had an idea for a while now to create a like/dislike plugin of my own. Yeah, I should probably upgrade the installation...
