PM still in outbox

Has anybody had issues with sending PM, I still have PM's in my out box after I have sent them. I'm not sure if they are actually being sent.
Any help would be great.

It doesn't work like email, so it's a bit confusing.

If the message is still in your outbox, the person hasn't read your PM yet. At this point you can still edit and delete the message. Once the recipient reads the message, it goes into "Sent messages", and you can no longer edit/delete the message.

Still rocks the goalie mask, but hates friday the 12th.
