Theory, that's you. Can you confirm my suspicion that you sent this:

Just a test for user name instead of phone number. When does the system go live?

to the email address "wind@pskite.org", which sends it to the admin's email address for the site, not the PSWind SMS line. I never saw that anywhere in the system.

I'll change the reply-to address to "noreply@pskite.org" to try and prevent that.
