Look for yellow to orange colors (15-21 knots) in the forecast.
Wind from the south for Locust, from the northwest for Hunter.

With Jetty you can look at the forecasted winds directly at Jetty Island (big picture that is kind of tough to read).

Wind from the northwest for Jetty Island.
TJ's model runs twice a day. Once sometime in the morning (not sure when) and once in the evening, around 8pm. Check the forecast at 8pm to plan beach runs for the next day.
