Yeah, and I was up at 7:30 ready to go, but we're waiting on Ruffing, who is passed out snuggling with Sanjaya right now. Ask him about it.

Rally fail, Ruff.

Rufus was fun fun fun on friday and saturday. I was well powered on a 9m Wainman demo and also got to try out a top secret Best kite, both courtesy of Motion Boardshop. Here's a few photos snapped from the Stringy-mounted GoPro.

I think the Rufus rock pile launch is far superior to what the cumulative Puget Sound launches have to offer in the summer.

Rufus ROCKS!!!! (pun intended) ;)

I don't know man, Sounds like Saturday at Locust was pretty good, and by pretty good I mean 6 hours of 10m in flat water!

I missed it but it was ridable on Sunday which made at least 4 days in a row up there, I think the Sound has some good wind, its just not down here in Seattle.

I admit if I lived in B'ham my perspective would be a bit different. It is just that i spent three days at Rufus that were better than a whole summer up here. The good news is...last night my wife demanded the we go to HR over the Labor day weekend and is reserving a rental house today. Sometime is it better to compromise and give into your non-kiting wife's needs in order to strike a balance. Any healthy marriage requires sacrifice from time to time.:D
