Well since this not commercial and as CJ has to stay exclusive to Cabrina, I have some really nice Switch Element 3s you can demo if we happen to be at the same beach. If you like them and decide to buy some for yourself and use my referral number, I get credit which I can use to get more kites for you to try.

No publicity is bad publicity right CJ ;)

Pearse, we need some drone footy of you riding at the jetty in westport to help raise your status on the switch team.

And then we need some drone footy of your riding (even better) on one of my kites and boards. ;)

Or just integrate the commercial into the general, which makes more sense to me

Heresy!

I would gladly ride your kites, but I don't see a drifter on your list. Why?

Ah pearse, good question.

I'm actually really torn on moving to Switchblades and might still end up with drifters again.

I'm also debating keeping my 9m Drifter since I a paid for it and the only things that changed between 2014 and 2015 is the bar design and the kite colors.

2015 switchblade got a few design refinements that I believe will make it better than the 2014 SB in the waves. Plus the added low end and upwind ability the switchblade has over the drifter would be nice to have at spots like Edmonds and RB where tide can make it really challenging to stay upwind.

The drifter has the worst upwind ability out of the entire Cabrinha lineup. They had to compromise somewhere to get good drift. On waves its totally worth it IMO. In the Gorge the current makes it a non-issue but in puget sound chop with the tide working against you its debatable.

+1 for keeping that sort of discussion in the general section. Don't know about others, but I never check the other discussion sections.

Yeah dude...if you had some Drifters for demo. Like a 9 or a 7 I know this great place in Oregon that gets a lot of wind and a good swell starting in about April. I've got a line on some demo Naish Pivots too and we could compare. :D

If you pick up a foil you can just ride Drifters all the time and love the way they "drift" downwind while on a foil. No more fretting about current in the sound.
